1 to 14 Mukhi Real Rudraksha – Detailed Benefits of Each Mukhi Real Rudraksha

Worn by Hindus, Buddhists, and Sikhs, Real Rudraksha is a religious accessory known to bring many benefits to the wearer. It refers to a stonefruit that is later turned into prayer beads. The fruit is obtained from Elaeocarpus ganitrus (name of the tree), which grows in a subtropical climate. The beads are formed into malas and classified according to the number of ‘Mukhs’ (faces) one particular bead has. In this blog, we’re going to mention the benefits of wearing 1 to 14 Mukhi rudraksha males, so let’s begin with the first one.

1 Mukhi Real Rudraksha

The 1 Mukhi Rudraksha bead is believed to be a form of Lord Shiva, and it boosts the wisdom towards good faith. It also makes the person highly conscious. So if you want to fulfill the desires of your heart, you can start wearing a 1 Mukhi Rudraksha mala. This Rudraksha is also known for curing migraines and other ailments in the body.

2 Mukhi  Rudraksha

2 Mukhi Rudraksha is a two-faced seed known as the ‘Ardhanareeshwara’ form of Lord Shiva. Wearing a mala made of this Rudraksha bead can bring peace and understanding, for example, between a husband and wife. It can also enhance the bond relationship between a brother-sister, mother-daughter, etc. If your mental focus is weak, you can start wearing this bead.

How do I identify a Genuine Real Rudraksh?
How do I identify a Genuine Real Rudraksh?
  • The grooves or the protrusions on the surface of the Real Rudraksha cannot be regular. There has to be a sense of irregularity to them. If they all fall in one pattern then in all likelihood it has been tampered with. It may not be a Rudraksha at all. It could be a piece of wood or a wild bead on which this pattern has been hand carved.
  • The Mukhas ( faces ) of the Real Rudraksha should appear like the human lips. on the outside they should spread out. These mukhas which create a line from the head to the tail of a Rudraksha would not be a perfect line in most of the cases. in case of a multiple mukhi bead if all the mukhas are perfect straight lines then in all likeliness it has been tampered with. A sharp knife is many a times used to carve out these mukh’s.
  • Never ever buy Real Rudraksha which have Serpants, Shivalings, Aumkar’s ,etc on it.
  • Other than the new variety of Hybreed Real Rudraksha coming of late from Indonesia one would not get Rudraksha’s of over 35 mm easily. If the bead is above that size then one needs to be really really careful.
  • It is basically experience which is the best teacher. If you have access to a proper Microscope then   start  looking at  Real   Rudrkasha  below   them. It’s not difficult to tell Real Rudraksha beads (or seeds) from fake ones if you know what to look for. The best way to be sure, of course, is to pick fresh Rudraksha fruits and get the seeds out of them yourself. However, if you decide to purchase Real Rudraksha seeds (or have received them from someone), read the steps below to learn how to differentiate the genuine ones from the fakes.

Note: Remember, Rudraksha seeds must not be chemically treated, heated, dyed or painted as these damage the subtle spiritual vibrations of the seeds.

How to Know if Your Real Rudraksha Beads are Genuine

1. Weight. Real Rudraksha seeds feel heavier than they look. The weight of the seed is focused at the core. Roll it around in your palm and you’ll be able to feel this. Fake beads carved from wood are light and have no noticeable core weight.

2. They sink in water. Genuine Real Rudraksha beads always sink in water. If they float, they’re likely fake. In rare circumstances, genuine beads treated with strong chemicals may also float (this is due to damage done by the chemicals; it’s best not to use these beads).

3. Hair-like fibres. Look very closely at your Real Rudraksha seeds. Genuine Rudraksha beads have a ‘thorny’ surface, and between the thorns you should be able to see some hair-like fibres. These come from the dried pulp of the fresh fruit. It’s rare for anyone to be able to completely scrub away the pulp from the seed, so if the seed looks too ‘clean’, it may be fake.

4. Color. Real Rudrakshas naturally come in creamy-white, yellow, dark red and black. Remember that drying darkens the seeds, so it’s natural to see shades of dark gold, dark brown, reddish browns and brown-black. Beware of odd or bright colors like chilli red, orange and purple. The seeds may be genuine, but coated with dye or paint.

5. Shallow grooves and ‘chunky’ thorns. The uniqueness of Real Rudraksha lies mainly in the way the surface thorns are formed. These are usually fine, but irregular in a way that makes it very difficult for human hands to replicate (by carving). Use your judgement when it comes to this; natural thorns are almost impossible to copy perfectly.

5. Shape. Real Rudraksha seeds are not always round, especially those with more than five faces, but the seeds generally have a round-oval shape. Familiarize yourself with Bhadraksha seeds, so you can recognize and avoid them (Bhadraksha seeds should not be worn as they don’t have the right spiritual vibrations).

6. Energy and vibration. Some people are sensitive enough to feel the spiritual energy and vibrations emitted by Rudraksha seeds. Try meditating with the seed (or seeds) in the palms of your hands. Rudraksha seeds radiate positive, grounding, serious vibrations. The energy can feel like a human pulse. With deeper spiritual practice, you’ll be able to feel these vibrations.

7. Number of faces (mukhi). Among the most expensive Real Rudraksha beads sold commercially are the one-faced (ekmukhi) and certain other types claimed to be ‘rare’ by the sellers. Keep the following in mind: one-faced Real Rudraksha seeds are EXTREMELY rare, so there are high chances of you purchasing an expertly-made fake seed. Rudraksha trees themselves are not very common these days, and the most trees produce the five-faced seeds. The more faces a bead has, the higher your chances of being cheated. Besides, if you read the Upanishad, even the more common seeds (three to nine faces) give great spiritual benedictions and blessings, so why risk it? So-called ‘Real Rudraksha experts’ have been known to insert metal pieces into fake seeds to make them react with magnets, copper and so forth. This is Kali Yuga, the age of tamasic values and corruption, so be careful when you make decisions and be wary of claims that are too good to be true.

Which Real Rudraksha is best for students?

Real Rudraksha, also known as tears of Lord Shiva, is worn to enhance spiritual growth and its curative properties helps in maintaining physical and mental balance of an individual and acts as shield against negative energies.

Rudraksha helps you create an aura of your own making you feel mentally secure like a butterfly in its cocoon. With the increasing burden of education students have started feeling it difficult to cope up with studies and stay calm at the same time. Sometimes, though giving their best they cannot achieve good grades and this brings down their morale. One of the astrological remedies to this is usage of right beads of Real Rudraksha.

  • The best Rudraksha for students is 4 mukhi, 6 mukhi and Ganesh Real Rudraksha.
  • Four mukhi has four lines from head to base. It is known for its relationship with divinity of Brahma. Brahma is a four headed Lord known for its ingenious and inventive brainpower and hence it helps students to take creative approaches in finding solutions to their problems in studies. It widens the perspective of sensibility and basic reasoning.
  • Wearing a mala of 11 beads of 4 mukhi Real rudraksha can help students in being active and get rid of idleness and negligence.
  • Six Mukhi Rudraksha is the power cell of the intelligent son of Lord Shiva Kaartikey. It increases the determination, sagacity, and grasping capacity. It also prevents the malefic effect of Venus.
  • I suggest that the combination of three Rudraksha beads, one of Ganesha Rudraksha, one of four mukhi and six mukhi can be very beneficial for students who are not being able to score good even after trying their best.
  • For the students of the age group of 6 to 16, I advise to wear the combination called ‘Saraswati Bandh’ which includes two beads of 4 mukhi and one bead of 6 mukhi. This is the best combination for improving concentration and consistency in studies. It also brings you both luck and confidence.
  • Students who are nervous, anxious and have issues of wavering thoughts should also try wearing Panchmukhi Real Rudraksha.
  • It is advisable for students to wear any Real Rudraksha beads in red thread.
  • I would also suggest you condition your Rudrakshas beads, by immersing it in pure ghee for 24 hours and full fat milk for 24 hours before wearing it.

Identify Real Rudraksha -Kamalseetha

Real Rudraksha ranging from 2 Mukhi to 14 Mukhi are easily available in the market. The one Mukhi round-shaped Rudraksha is FAKE as the shape of one Mukhi can never be round. However, many unscrupulous suppliers sell fake Rudraksha beads under the name of round 1 Mukhi Real Rudrakshawhich is made from 5 Mukhi beads, Betel nuts, Areca nuts or Berries.

One Mukhi half-moon (Kaju Dana) is popularly sold as Nepali One Mukhi Real Rudraksha however this bead is Bhadraksha which is a different species and is not Rudraksha. It doesn’t have a natural hole, doesn’t grow in Nepal but in India and as per Rudra Centre’s research has no healing benefit. These Half Moon Bhadraksha and Gol/ round one Mukhi are popularly sold at famous temple towns, websites, stores at various price ranges duping the devotees by taking advantage of their lack of awareness.

The actual shape of the Real Rudraksha depends on the Mukhi lines which decides the number of seeds and compartments inside the bead which determines the shape. So a four Mukhi Rudraksha will have 4 seeds and compartments and from the top view will look squarish, a 5 Mukhi will have 5 seeds and compartments and will look pentagonal, 3 Mukhi will have 3 seeds and compartments and will look triangular. By this logic a one Mukhi will have one seed and compartment and will be Half elliptical shape

Nepali one Mukhi Real Rudraksha is so rare that generation of farmers has not seen it, Rudra Centre advises all to not go looking for this bead as it is so rare that you may end up with a fake/manipulated bead, instead one should go for Ek Mukhi from java/Indonesia which is relatively easier to find and equally powerful. Many of our clients have been wearing One Mukhi from java and have experienced miraculous results.

An Real Rudraksha is very easily identified by an experienced eye. If you are planning to purchase a Rudraksha for the first time it is advisable to purchase it from a renowned and genuine source. Let us now understand how to check the Real Rudraksha.

X-ray Test

The X-Ray test is the only conclusive test to identify an Real Rudraksha. It is the only test where you can know whether the Rudraksha is original, fake or manipulated. A real Rudraksha has the same amount of compartments as the Mukhis and each compartment has a bead in it. An X-Ray thus helps to find out whether the Rudraksha contains equal compartments as the Mukhi or not

Understand, a Real Rudraksha bead must have an equal number of compartments as the Mukhis on its surface and it must also have a bead in each compartment but at times the Rudraksha is not fully developed and all the seeds might not be visible in an X-Ray due to the seeds being too thin but the compartments would still be there. For example, if you take an X-Ray of a 15 Mukhi Rudraksha, the real bead would have 15 compartments and 15 seeds but if the Rudraksha seed is not developed completely than it will show 15 compartments but might not clearly capture all the beads as some beads may be too thin. Hence it is advisable to take the X-ray to an “expert” who can guide you further.

Copper Coin Test

In the Copper coin test, a Real Rudraksha bead is placed between two Copper coins and it is said that if the Rudraksha is original it will rotate. However, this is not true. This test does not yield accurate results and one cannot rely on this test. This test is thus a fake.

Milk Test

In the Milk test, the Real Rudraksha is soaked in a glass full of milk and few fake suppliers claim that the milk in which the Rudraksha bead is soaked remains fresh and does not curdle or does not spoil for 2 to 3 days. This test is absolutely fake and does not give any authentic result.

Water Test

There are three types of water test, in one test the Real Rudraksha is soaked in a glass full of water for a few hours. After a few hours, the bead is removed from the water, if the Rudraksha is original it would still be hard, would have to uniform Mukhi colours from top to bottom and this test always showcases if the bead has tiny holes in it or not.

Note: This is a fake test and we do not recommend any of you to try this test.

In the second water test, the Rudraksha bead is dropped in the water if the bead sink is believed to be an original bead. However, a fake Rudraksha made out of wood and impregnated with lead will sink in water thereby giving a false impression of a real Rudraksha.

Real Rudraksha beads that are fresh float in water due to less density. Over time as they absorb moisture and oil, they start sinking.

Thus, this method of testing is inappropriate and does not give any accurate results

Similarly, in the third test, we check whether the higher Mukhi beads (Gaurishankar Rudraksha or a Trijuti) are made by artificially joining two or three Rudraksha with the help of glue etc. Also, Counterfeit round 1 Mukhi is sold in both India and Indonesia. Small pieces of Rudraksha are glued on four lines of a five Mukhi Rudraksha bead thus leaving only one deep line. Many suppliers join pieces of Rudrakshas and make them look like round one Mukhi or Gaurishankar and Trijuti. These beads are then sold at a much higher price.

Once the Rudraksha is nicely soaked in water the hidden lines show up as the glue softens. In case of doubt, such Rudraksha should be soaked in water for 15-18 hours. It is thus said that by the water test we can find out whether the Trijuti Rudraksha or the Gaurishankar or the bead of higher Mukhi is made to appear as one Mukhi by applying glue on it. It is believed that this test shows whether a Rudraksha fakes the joint or is natural and genuine. But this test is not accurate and precise.

  • Check if the Mukhis run from head of the Rudraksha to the tail without being cut or distorted in between
  • Look if the colour of the Mukhis is the same as they run from top to bottom
  • Use a magnifying glass to examine the artificially carved lines (which are generally very sharp) and glued surfaces on the bead.
  • One Mukhi round Rudraksha is not found. Also, the shape of one Mukhi is not round.
  • One can even cut the Rudraksha bead horizontally. If the Rudraksha has the same number of compartments as that of the number of lines then the Rudraksha is genuine. However, the drawback is that by this method, the bead if real would be destroyed and would be of no use

Thus, the only authentic test to know whether a Rudraksha is real or not is through the X-Ray test. Rest of the tests like the water test and the revolving Rudraksha between two coins, milk test and so on are not dependable parameters for testing. Also, these tests cannot accurately report or help us recognise real vs fake Rudraksha as an unripe but genuine Rudraksha may float on the water, and fake Rudraksha ones made out of wood impregnated with lead or by tampering an original Rudraksha may sink. Thus, rather than being worried about ‘how to find Original Rudraksha’ and be worried about the Rudraksha authenticity one must purchase the Rudraksha beads from a genuine supplier who is accountable to the people, and who would accept returns.

What is your experience with Real Rudraksha and what are things which turn you to do this practice?

I am practicing meditation since I was 18 years old. Then I was introduced to this miraculous bead Real Rudraksha by my friend. I learned that it is a seed from a holy tree and it is recognized for its spiritual powers. Many men and women have been wearing them for thousands of years. While I was exploring Ujjain I learned a lot about natural power bead Rudraksha. They are a “shortcut” to receiving divine energy. But proper use of a suitable Real Rudraksha is important. The subject intrigued me so I researched it further.

You can buy Real Rudraksha malas from almost everywhere in India. Many are fake, made of seeds carved to look like Real Rudraksha. Others, even though they’re real, feel flat, energetically. For some people, selling them is just a business. For others, they’re symbolic, like a tradition. But, if you don’t have the deeper spiritual understanding and techniques needed to unlock the full power of these objects—or any ‘power’ object—you’re sort of missing the mark.

You can feel their power when you simply touch them or wear them and, you can see the effects in your life once you start wearing them. For me, it’s a perfect way to touch people’s hearts and lives through this medium and a way for them to receive powerful spiritual blessings.

Real Rudraksha Guide – 5 Crucial Things You Must Know About Wearing Rudraksha

Traditionally, Real Rudraksha is a seed that is the prayer bead in Hinduism. It is linked with the Hindu god Lord Shiva and is frequently worn by worshippers for protection and singing the Om Namah Shivaya mantra. A Rudraksha Mala is a bead string mainly used to do meditation. Some individuals wear Rudraksha Mala to balance their energies and heal specific ailments.

Rudra is a Vedic name for Lord Shiva, and Aka means ‘teardrops.’ As a result, Lord Rudra’s (Lord Shiva’s) teardrops are also included. Additional accounts characterize Aka as an eye, such as Satguru Sivaya Subramuniyaswami and Kamal Narayan Seetha. As a result, the meaning of Rudraksha might either be “Lord Shiva’s Eye” or “Rudra’s Eye.”

Introduction – The Real  Rudraksha Beads

The seeds are primarily used as beads for organic jewelry or mala in Nepal and India, where they are regarded as equivalent to semi-precious stones. A Rudraksha Mala is offered in various combinations, ranging from one Mukhi to twenty-one Mukhi beads. Beads with varied numbers of segments have diverse meanings and potencies, and uncommon or unique beads are highly treasured and costly.

What Mukhi Addresses In Rudraksha

According to the Purana, there are fourteen types of Rudraksha, known as Mukhi or faceted Rudraksha. Mukhi, or Rudraksha faces, are deep lines seen on the surface of the Rudraksha from the bottom hole to the top spot. The number of lines determines the kind of Mukhi Rudraksha. For example, if a Rudraksha contains three such lines, 3 Mukhi or 3 Faces Rudraksha. Other handwritten Scriptures discovered with different saints describe the qualities of 1 to 21 Mukhi Rudraksha. It is thought that these beads were accessible from 1 to 108 Mukhi in ancient times. They have now become the rarest natural phenomenon.

Why Are There 108 Beads On A Rudraksha?

Every day, healthy individuals breathe 21,600 times. According to Shastras, if a person devotes half of his 21,600 breaths to worldly pursuits, he should devote the other half, i.e., 10,800 breaths, to spiritual practice. However, this is not readily accomplished. As a result, if we can recall the Almighty in the one-hundredth portion of 10,800 breaths with devotion and zeal, they will be hundred-fold stronger. The Real Rudraksha mala includes 108 beads on this premise.

Can Women Wear Real Rudraksha Mala?

There is no gender discrimination in wearing the holy Rudraksha, and it can be worn by everybody, be it male or female. The Vedas indicate unequivocally that there are no restrictions on Rudraksha based on caste, religion, or gender. Rudraksha is available in sizes ranging from 1 Mukhi to 21 Mukhi, and a Hindu god blesses each. The 7 Mukhi rudraksha is allocated to Goddess Lakshmi, the 9 Mukhi rudraksha to Goddess Durga, and the 18 Mukhi to Bhumi Devi. In addition, the 2 Mukhi rudraksha and Gauri Shankar depict Shiva and Shakti in peace. Based on this and the texts, it is safe to assume that women are permitted to wear the Real Rudraksha.

Is The Power Of All Rudraksha The Same?

Every Rudraksha is unique and has a distinct potency from other beads. Depending on the faces of the Bead, each has a different deity dwelling within it. If the Rudraksha purchased is a genuine, high-quality bead that has been adequately sanctified and energized using the traditional process of rigorous Mantra recitation and Hawan. It must then be carefully delivered to the individual who plans to wear it. The individual himself must maintain the power by the frequent recitation of the Rudraksha Mantra and regular Hawan.

The Rituals You Need To Do After Purchasing Rudraksha Mala

The first and foremost thing you need to do is always go for an authentic rudraksha mala. Ensure that the beads are tied perfectly, which they are supposed to be, and the mala should not be too tight. Also, it must have Sumeru beads, and the total number of beads should be 109 after counting Sumeru beads. Also, here are the rituals that must be considered after purchasing the rudraksha mala, which is also known as conditioning of Rudraksha:

  • First of all, you need to wash it with clean water.
  • Using a clean cloth, wipe and dry the surface.
  • For 24 hours, soak mala in ghee.
  • After that, rinse it and soak it in cow milk for another 24 hours.
  • Finally, please put it on in the morning after doing Puja and singing any Shiv Mantra.

Since cow milk and cow ghee are tough to find and several people do not consider them to purchase, in that case, you can use oil. Furthermore, please avoid using metal such as glass or plastic to soak the mala in a bowl; use the rest of the metallic bowls. Another most significant thing to do before using the rudraksha mala is gently touching it on the forehead.

Sita Navami (Tuesday, May 10, 2022) marks the birth anniversary of Maa Sita, the Divine Consort of Lord Rama. The festival is also known as Sita Jayanti, Janki Navami, or Janki Jayanti, it is celebrated on the Shukla Paksha (Waxing Moon), Navami (Day Nine) tithi in the lunar month of Vaishaka (May-June) as per the Hindu calendar.

On Sita Jayanti or Janki Navami, the married women pray to Goddess Sita or Sita Devi, who spent Her life dedicated to Her husband, Lord Rama through all situations, as specified in the Epic Ramayana. Hindu women observe the Sita Navami Vrat or fast for the well-being of their husbands, the way Sita Devi did for Lord Rama.

It is interesting to know that Lord Rama was born on the same tithi (Navami) in the Chaitra Month (April-May) and His birth anniversary is known as Rama Navami which is celebrated before the Sita Navami.

Seeta Navmi -kamalseetha

There are many legends associated with the story of Maa Sita’s birth. Sitamarhi district in the Indian state of Bihar is a pilgrimage place and is considered the birthplace of Sita Devi by locals. Besides this, in Nepal, Province No. 2, is also presumed to be the birthplace of Sita Devi.

The other legend is derived from the Tamil version of Valmiki’s Ramayan which says that Sita Devi was found in the lap of Earth, hidden in the plowed furrow of a field. The location indicated is Sitamarhi of the Mithila region which is present in the state of Bihar, India. Because of this story, Goddess Sita is also referred to as the daughter of Goddess Earth or Bhumi Devi and is said to have been found and adopted by the King of Mithila, King Janaka, and Sunaina, His wife.

Another version of King Janaka’s story, from the revised texts of Ramayana Manjari, describes that once King Janaka saw Menaka in the sky and the King expressed a wish to have a child. When he discovered the child, Menaka appeared in the sky once again and gave Him the message that She had given birth to the child and that King Janaka should adopt Her as the child.

It is also believed that Sita Devi was King Janaka’s own daughter and not adopted as indicated in the original Valmiki Ramayana.

There are two reincarnation legends of Sita Devi’s birth: Some versions of the Ramayana suggest that at the time when Vedavati was doing penance with the intention of becoming Lord Vishnu’s consort, Ravana had tried to molest her which tarnished her purity and her chaste form. Vedavati cursed Ravana that she would reincarnate in another time and would be the cause of Ravana’s death and then she immolated herself in a pyre. It is said that Vedavati was reincarnated as Sita Devi. The other story of Manivati is quite on the similar lines where Ravana was responsible for upsetting the austere life to which Manivati adhered. She vowed to pay back Ravana for this and took birth later as Ravana’s daughter. However, His astrologers predicted that this daughter would be the cause of His destruction. Ravana wanted to get rid of the reincarnated Manivati and so buried Her in the Earth at Mithila, where She was detected by farmers and King Janaka then adopted Her.

Sri Sita Devi, Lord Rama’s wife and the daughter of King Janaka have quite a few names with which She is referred to. Sita – in Sanskrit means furrow, “seet”, as she was discovered in a furrow of the field in Mithila.

Janaki: It means the daughter of King Janak and is a popular name of Devi Sita.

Janakatmaja – Janak is Sita Devi’s father and the Sanskrit word ‘Atmaja’, means ‘part of the soul’. Combined, it means part of Janak’s Soul.

Janaknandani – It means Janak’s daughter. The word ‘Nandini’ means the one who brings joy. So Janaknandini means the one who brought joy in King Janak’s life.

Bhumija and Bhoomiputri – Means the daughter of Bhoomi (Earth).

Maithili – means the Princess of Mithila.

Rma (Rama)- Rma (Rama) means the wife of Rama.

Vaidehi – King Janak could move into the state of transcendental meditation, defying the physical consciousness, and was referred to as Vaideh. Vaidehi means Janak’s daughter.

Siya and Bhusuta are some other names by which Sita Devi is revered.

The marriage of Lord Rama and Mother Sita is beautifully described in the epic Ramayana. King Janaka organized a Swayamvara ceremony for Maa Sita after she reached adulthood. He invited all eligible royalty to string and break Pinaka, the bow of Lord Shiva in order to win the hand of Maa Sita in marriage. The Pinaka was not an ordinary bow but the divine one that can never be handled by anybody who is not pious. The bow was chosen because King Janaka wanted the best man with spotless character for his daughter Sita.

When Vishvamitra who had Lord Rama and Lakshmana in the forest with him to guarding the sacrificial fire, heard about the Swayamvara ceremony, he asks the Lord to take part in the same. When King Janaka heard about the Lord, being the son of King Dasharatha, taking part in the ceremony, he became joyful.

On the day of the ceremonial performance of Swayamvara, when all the princes failed to even lift the Pinaka, Lord Rama arrived and lifted it, shocking all others and pleasing Sita. After lifting it, the Lord strung the bow tightly, and as the Pinaka broke apart. King Janaka became blissful and considered himself to be the most fortunate father to have found an ideal man for his daughter. The entire Mithila, King Janaka’s kingdom, fell into the boundless joy as Sita was going to live with a prince who was sought by thousand other women.

Today people especially the devotees of Lord Rama celebrate the Lord’s marriage as Vivah Panchami on the fifth day of the Shukla Paksha in the Margashirsha month (Nov-Dec). The day is observed as the Vivah Utsav of Sita and Rama in temples and sacred places.

(erode). It means that
which does not decay,
diminish or erode.

The Sanskrit word ‘Akshaya’ comprises of ‘A’ (not) and ‘Kshaya’ (erode). It means that which does not decay, diminish or erode. Results of activity on this day do not diminish. Instead, they multiply. According to the scriptures, there are two kinds of activities. One pertains to one’s body (physical/material) and the other to one’s soul (spiritual). The former is subject to erosion (impermanent in nature) and the latter is associated with eternal bliss (permanent in nature). Results from activities associated with the body are not permanent whereas those from activities associated with one’s true nature (soul) are permanent and never diminish. Therefore, the benefits of performing Meditation, Japa, Yajna, Pitra-Tarpan (offerings to one’s ancestors), Dan-Punya (Charities) on this day are permanent because they satisfy one’s inner self (soul).

Akshaya Tritiya is considered one of the most auspicious festivals since it is the day of manifold blessings. It marks the setting of Treta Yuga among the other three Yugas (Satya, Dwarpa, and Kali). Any good work performed on this day will surely invoke manifold Divine results. Buying gold on Akshaya Tritiya is believed to invite endless fortune into one’s life. ‘Endless fortune’ means the auspicious presence of Lakshmi.

Reasons to buy gold:

  • When it comes to buying gold on Akshaya Tritiya, there are many reasons. The commonest reason is that it is the most auspicious time to purchase wealth especially gold for Akshaya means never-ending one who buys wealth on this day sees the increase in opulence.
  • It is believed that on this day Kubera attained the post of treasurer. Therefore, buying and worshiping gold pleases him.
  • However, an important reason to buy gold at this festival is the month of Shravana (July-August). The period between these months is favorable for engagements and marriages. Families in the Hindu society buy gold and ornaments on Akshaya Tritiya two months before Shravana. It makes the most logical sense to buy gold and ornaments in advance. Even a marriage ceremony performed on Akshaya Tritiya is considered very auspicious and brings stability and harmony.

Akshaya Tritiya is said to be the most auspicious day of the year. Any charity or good act performed, or gold purchased or puja conducted on this day never diminishes and continues to grow or appreciate. It is day is ruled by Lord Vishnu. He is worshipped along with Laxmi and Kuber on this day. According to Hindu mythology, Treta Yuga began on Akshaya Tritiya day.

Benefits of this Puja:
● For divine grace of Vishnu, Laxmi, and Kuber
● For undiminishing wealth and good fortune
● For success in a career with a name and fame
● For spiritual upliftment and desire fulfillment

The significance of Akshaya Tritiya is to usher infinite abundance of prosperity, wealth, good health and more. Lord Vishnu is the main Deity to worship along with Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Kubera. Procedures to get maximum benefits from Real Rudraksha

I have debated within myself several times in the last 30 to 40 years as to how and why Real Rudraksha adorn our Rishis, saints, and Sannyasins over the last several thousands of years and why they are still enigmatic? Why at all a common man should wear Rudraksha and are there specific instances whereby one can conclusively make a statement that –yes, Rudraksha work and they work positively in the life of human beings. No one expects magic to happen but are these really powerful?

Follow these procedures to get benefits from Real Rudraksha

Do they really work to change destiny or fate? The answers as I have found myself backed up by my technical and high-level management background can be summarized as under:

Real rudrakshs

  •  Without any doubt Real Rudraksha’s wearing gives you the inner strength to cope with day-to-day struggles and stress as when these natural beads touch your body, you feel you have some help available from a divine source.
  •  I have found that wearers of Real Rudraksha are healthier and more confident than others.
  •  There is a practical difficulty in assessing the efficacy of Rudraksha. Wearers who are devoted to Lord Shiva and have full confidence in the power of Rudraksha and those who really follow basic rituals of wearing (which are simple) get consistent benefits compared to those who have no inner faith and have worn it out of some compulsion or due to forcible conviction.
  •  Simple care and precautions like wetting the beads daily with water before wearing or during wearing, keeping them neat and clean, and taking them out of the body during unholy practices, have given good effects on people.
  •  On great festival days and big religious occasions (like Maha Shivaratri, Diwali, full moon day, solar and moon eclipses, etc.) Real Rudraksha tends to perform differently and one must energize them especially for performing simple poojas and making prayers to the Almighty. On a higher level of wearing (like wearing higher Mukhi and special combinations), it will be wonderful to perform Rudra Abhishek of different orders to get blessings through divine energies: for example, Laghu Rudra, Maha Rudra, or Ati Rudra Abhishek be part of our rituals which as per our capacity can be performed.
  •  One must feel obliged and be grateful to Lord Shiva for his/her owning of these divine beads and wearing Him over the body and keep praying for His divine blessings.
  •  If taken orally Real Rudraksha powder of leaves or seeds works wonders for anti-aging benefits but one has to ensure that he/she is getting the product in pure form. Rudraksha powder work wonders on the skin and also other parts of the body if applied as a paste following correct procedures.

Real Rudraksha As Found In Nature -Kamalseetha

Real Rudraksha beads are famous for spiritual benefits as they are believed to be associated with Lord Shiva. That’s why rudraksha contains the power and strength of Lord Shiva. To make people heartier and healthier, rudraksha plays an important role.

The scientific name of Real Rudraksha is Elaeocarpus. This is a large evergreen tree whose trunk is cylindrical. The color of the bark is greyish white and it is rough in texture. The branches are widespread and take a pyramid shape. As the tree is evergreen, the leaves are lush green above and the lower leaves are dull coriaceous.

Next comes the flowers of the Real Rudraksha tree. They are conical, ovoid, and quite long, around 1 to 2 cm. rudraksha flowers usually appear in April-May. Finally, appears the rudraksha fruit. It is quite striking that the color of the fruits is blue like the throat of Lord Shiva. When the entire tree is filled with indigo blue fruits, it looks spectacular. The blue color isn’t from pigment, rather it is structural. Usually, the rudraksha tree grows faster and within three to four years, the tree starts to bear fruits.

Real Rudraksha

The Real Rudraksha tree grows naturally as farming is quite difficult. The germination takes 1-2 years and that also depends on the humidity of the soil and other factors of climate. The subtropical region is the best ground for growing rudraksha. Countries, like Indonesia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar, etc. are the growing ground of rudraksha.

The environment plays a huge role in making the beads bigger and better. That’s why the Nepalese beads are stronger, bigger, and better than their Indonesian counterparts. Though if you wear rudraksha for better health and life, you can get equal results from all types of rudraksha. From spiritual to medicinal purposes, Real Rudraksha has been used from ancient times, and even today, its popularity hasn’t decreased a bit.

Why does Lord Shiva Wear Rudraksha? -Real Rudraksha

Story of Real Rudraksha And Shiva: ‘Rudra’ is the beautiful name of our beloved and most powerful Shiva and ‘Aksh’ means tears. Therefore Rudraksha means the tears of Lord Shiva. Rudraksha beads have been used for ages. All the yogis, saints and spiritualists wear these mystic beads for staying in touch with the Divine.

This material world, as per Bhagavata Purana and Bhagavad Gita, brims with miseries. This place is called dhukhalaya a place (Alaya) of misery (dukkha) wherein the living entities continue to suffer ceaselessly from the pangs of birth, disease, old age, and death. Considering the fateful survival of the living beings, Lord Shiva once went into deep meditation for the happiness of all living creatures trapped in material bodies. When He woke up, He opened His majestic eyes and teardrops fell on the Earth. These teardrops took the form of seeds that later on became Rudraksha trees. Rudraksha henceforth meant ‘The Tear of Lord Shiva‘. The dried fruits from the Rudraksha tree from Rudraksha beads are thus used as prayer beads and also worn for innumerable benefits.

Rudraksha seed: Evolution of Cosmos

We have always seen the idols or images of Lord Shiva wearing Real Rudraksha. Lord Shiva is always depicted wearing Rudraksha beads on his head, arms, and hands. With this, there came up the religious and spiritual significance of Rudraksha. It is believed that the Rudraksha contains the secrets of the entire evolution of the cosmos within it. Disciples devoted to Lord Shiva always wear Rudraksha to lead a peaceful life and also for deeper meditation. It helps maintain good health, gain self-empowerment and lead a fearless life. Rudraksha beads are renowned for their divine protection and are worn on the body individually or as a chain (Mala).

Scientific Background:

Scientifically, the holy Rudraksha tree is known as ‘Elaeocarpus ganitrus Roxb’ and belongs to the family Tiliaceae, a huge evergreen broad-leaved tree with a wide crown. Attitudinally, its habitat starts from the sea coast and goes up to 2,000 meters. Geographically it is found to grow naturally and abundantly in tropical and subtropical areas. It is perennial in habitat and almost 15 to 60 meters in height. This tree grows fast and carries these seeds/fruits within seven years. Such trees are mostly found in abundance in Nepal, on the Himalayan slopes, and also in parts of India, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Its English name is Utrasum Bead Tree. In Indonesia, the Rudraksha Tree is called Ganitri Tree or Jenitri Tree. Around 70% of the Rudraksha trees are found in Indonesia, 25% in Nepal, and 5% in India.

Blueberry: The fruit of Rudraksha

Rudraksha beads are the seeds of Rudraksha fruits that grow on Rudraksha trees. Its beads are protected by an outer shell of blue color on fully ripening, so they are also called ‘blueberry’ beads, and the honeyed savoring fruit flesh can be used to heal various diseases. It is kept in water for a number of days and then Rudraksha is taken out after peeling off the pulp.

Used in healing and meditation:

Shiva has gifted this magical Rudraksha to mankind. Real Rudraksha is often believed to symbolize the link between earth and heaven, between man and God. Hence Rudraksha is the sole purpose of worship and also a source to reach the higher self. Rudraksha can be characterized in the form of 1 Mukhi to 21 Mukhis. It is believed that people seeking success and a contented life must wear Rudraksha. And it is also believed, that the Real Rudraksha bead also nullifies the effects of malefic planets to a great extent. They offer security to the wearer. Not a single bead is considered to be as auspicious and powerful as a Rudraksha.

Care / Precautions & Maintaining The best Rudraksha

Best Rudraksha can be worn by all (Men, Women & Children) on a regular basis. There is no taboo while wearing Best Rudraksha. The mala should be taken off during sex, bowel movements, going to funeral grounds and menstrual cycle. The mala can also be taken off while taking bath as regular soap and water can dehydrate the beads orwhile taking bath care has to be taken to prevent damage and to avoid contact with soap.

It is hence recommended to take off the mala at night and wear it in the morning after a bath, while chanting “Om NamahShivay” mantra.

The beads should be kept clean and free from deposits of sweat and talcIf the beads need cleaning after regular wear, they should be dipped inwarm water overnight. Then they should be scrubbed thoroughly using a plastic brush. Lastly, they should be washed with normal water and should be allowed to dry. After the beads have dried any vegetable oil has to be applied on the beads (using a small toothbrush). Thereafter Incense and sandal paste has to be offered and the seed mantra for theBest Rudraksha beads has to chanted. Once in 3 or 4 months little camphor powder has to be applied over the beads. What are the Benefits of wearing Rudraksha ?

Rudraksha is the seed of a particular tree species which usually grows at a certain altitude in the mountains – mainly in the Himalayan region. Today, they are mostly found in Nepal, Burma, Thailand, and Indonesia. They are there in some parts of the Western Ghats in South India, but the best quality (and the ones we use) come from a certain altitude in the Himalayas because somehow the soil, atmosphere, and everything influences it. These seeds have a very unique vibration.

Rudraksha Malas

Usually, the beads are strung together as a mala. Traditionally, they believe the number of beads is 108 plus one. The extra bead is the Bindu. There must always be a Bindu to the mala, otherwise, the energy becomes cyclical and people who are sensitive may become dizzy. An adult should not wear a mala with less than 84 beads plus the Bindu. Any number over that is fine.

If you take cold water baths and are not using any chemical soap, it is especially good for the water to flow over it and upon your body.

When you string them, it is best that they are strung with either a silk thread or a cotton thread. If you wear it with a thread then it is good to take care to change the thread every six months. Otherwise one day the thread may snap and your 108 beads will go all over the place. If you want to use copper, silver or gold also it is fine

The mala can be worn all the time. You can even wear it when you shower. If you take cold water baths and are not using any chemical soap, it is especially good for the water to flow over it and upon your body. But if you are using chemical soaps and warm water, it loosens on the string after some time.

Benefits of Wearing Rudraksha

For someone who is constantly on the move and who eats and sleeps in various places, rudraksha is very good support because it creates a cocoon of your own energy. You might have noticed that when you go to a new place, sometimes you can fall asleep easily, whereas in certain other places you cannot fall asleep even if you are physically tired. This is because, if the situation around you is not conducive to your kind of energy, it will not let you settle down. For sadhus and sanyasis, places and situations could trouble them because they were constantly moving. One of the rules for them was never to put their head down in the same place twice. Today, once again, people have started eating and sleeping in different places because of their business or profession, so a rudraksha can be helpful.

Another thing is, that sadhus or sanyasis living in the forest cannot drink water from just any pool because many times in nature, the water may be poisoned or contaminated with certain gases. If they were to drink it, it might cripple or even kill them. If a rudraksha is held above the water, if the water is good and drinkable, it will go clockwise. If it is poisoned, it will go anticlockwise. It is also a way of checking the quality of food. If you hold it above any positive pranic substance, it will move in a clockwise direction. If you hold it over any negative pranic substance, it will move in the anti-clockwise direction.

Rudraksha: A shield against negative energies

It is also a kind of shield against negative energies. It is possible for some people to use negative energies to cause harm to someone else.

It is also a kind of shield against negative energies. It is possible for some people to use negative energies to cause harm to someone else. This is a whole science by itself. One Veda, the Atharvana Veda, is all about how to use energies to your advantage and to someone else’s detriment. If somebody who has mastery over this wants to use it, so many things – extreme suffering and even death can be caused.

Rudraksha is a kind of shield against this. You may think nobody will do negative things to you, but it is not necessary that it should be targeted at you. Let us say somebody did it to the person sitting next to you, but he is not receptive to it. Now you may get it because you are sitting next to him. It is just like when two people are shooting at each other on the street, they do not intend to shoot you, but you may get shot. Similarly, these things also can happen. It is not intended for you, but it can happen if you are in the wrong place at the wrong moment. There need not be a huge fear about such things, but a mala is a kind of protection from that.

Ek Mukhi, panchmukhi Rudrakshas & more

The number of faces a bead can have varies from a single face up to 21 faces. They are used for different purposes, so it would be improper to just buy something in the shop and put it on the body. Wearing the wrong type could disturb one’s life. A lot of people want to wear an ek mukhi (our Avatar Mala) which has only one face because it is very powerful.

Five-faced beads or panchmukhi are safe and good for everyone – man, woman, and child. (These are predominately the beads used in all Shivoham Malas).

People say if you wear an ek mukhi, you will become very detached, it will make your energies in such a way that you will want to be alone or with the very divine company. It doesn’t make you compatible to be with worldly people. If you have to wear other kinds of special beads, it is best that it is received from someone who knows these things and can guide you to wear the most appropriate one for your spiritual development. Genuine Rudraksha Malas

Traditionally, males were always dealt with by people who held it as a sacred duty in their lives. For generations, they did only this. They also made their living out of it, but fundamentally it was like a sacred duty of offering it to people. But once the demand became too much, commerce came in. Today in India, there is another seed called rudraksha which is a poisonous seed, which grows extensively in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and that area. To look, both these seeds look the same. You cannot make out the difference. Only if you take it in your hand and if you are sensitive, you will know the difference. This should not be worn on the body, but these are being sold as authentic beads in many places. So it is important that you get your mala from a trusted source with a spiritual vibration.

(Rudraksha means “Tear of Lord Shiva”)

(Relationship between Rudraksha and Lord Shiva)

(Rudraksha)
(Rudraksha)

As per the Rig Veda – Rukha Dravyati Iti Rudra.

(The Scientific importance of Rudraksha Bead)

(Connection between the Cosmic Winds and Rudraksha)

How to Identify Ganesh Rudraksha??

If a rudraksha of any mukh gets a protrusion on its body similar to the trunk of an elephant, this rudraksha is called a Ganesh rudraksha Only in recent times this rudraksha has received wide popularity. The bead resembles Lord Ganesh with his trunk. In view of high prices commanded by eight or 11 mukhi rudraksha, which is also blessed by Ganesh, traders sell this rudraksha as a cheaper alternative.

Depending on the mukh, the beads should also be efficient and any respective blessings can be there.

Eight mukhi or eleven mukhi Ganesh has special significance and is considered very auspicious.

Ganesh rudraksha is used alternatively with other beads in a Siddha Mala to make up for the numbers 27 (1 to 14 mukhi beads will require 13 Ganesh rudraksha). Thirty-two beads of Ganesh rudraksha are strung together to make a Kantha, which people keep at the place of worship to protect them and to eliminate any obstacles in life. Some people even wear such a Kantha regularly.

Some people get obsessed with the image of Ganesh in rudraksha to such an extent that they look for the contours on the surface of any rudraksha resembling Lord Ganesh. There are books written on that, and the whole approach seems intriguing and questionable. Practically, only this rudraksha is called Ganesh rudraksha, which has a trunk-shaped elevation over his body.

Use of copper to get protection from Corona virus

Use of copper to get protection from Corona virus

Let us admit that medical science is struggling to find a solution to stop the spread of pandemic caused by Corona virus and also to provide answers to common queries as to its survival rate on various surfaces like plastic, paper, cloth or metal This might be due to complex and erratic nature of this virus and very little is known about it’s exact behaviour or even its origin

Several steps are being followed to prevent the infection caused by contacts from this virus and most of these are proving useful like distancing, hand washing ,masking , sun rays exposure steam inhaling, jal neti, pranayam and various steps to increase the immunity This article further suggests a step to safeguard you from getting infection through contact from surfaces on which this virus falls as droplets or aerosol effect or by any means .A virus which gets destroyed by soap, soda, or steam appear to me as a physical problem initially and it becomes a medical issue after entering the human body Based on my technical experience and study I am suggesting that people should use copper metal for destroying this virus through contacts from infected surfaces I am not discussing importance of copper in human metabolism which is also an important issue ( for example lack of copper in blood causes reduction of white cells etc) but will limit my suggestion to use of copper metal on human body and as a protection shield in the house specially if one is exposed in crowd or to get protection from packing materials of plastic paper paper boards etc

Copper is known for its power to kill the viruses specially SARS- Cov-2 within 4 -5 hours and it is even referred likely as a ” grenade” to explode and destroy corona virus as per published articles One may read in Google search several articles about utility and reaction of copper to destroy such viruses I have the memory of flu spread of 1956 wherein people who wore copper as bracelets or in any other form got protection from the infection Water filled in copper vessel is used in several homes to make water bacteria free and enriched in oxygen Wearing pure copper bracelet or a rosary made of copper beads or chain could be a good solution to protect us from this pandemic specially through contacts of infected surfaces Just make sure that copper touches your body in a form convenient to you

It is suggested to use copper in following ways to utilise its effectiveness to kill the viruses 1 Wear a copper bracelet, good size chain , or even a copper pendant 2 Receive all incoming goods in a copper plate and only after 4-5 hours remove and follow the cleaning or sanitizing steps as you are doing presently. 3 Instal copper plates or sheets at entrance of your house office or factory and may be also in other areas It might be of interest to know that most old public places and big palaces in Europe were cladded with copper and this aspect of safety could be one of the reason for using copper It is sure that wearing copper will not have any side effects Government and private research institutions should do further clinical trials to evaluate this usage Please send your feed back @ 9373106326 Kamal N Seetha
