There is hardly any Hindu family in India where Rd. is not present in some form either or a mala or Rudraks humankind for their health, wealth, prosperity, and to lead of Raksha as a bead. It is a gift of Lord Shiva given for welf of stressfree life. Modern-day research and scientific study of the beads prove Its effectiveness. Wearing Rudrave helps in balancing of Chakras of the body and also stability to emotions and all kinds of thoughts, Ones make the aura of the whole body and all the Chakras balanced and effective by wearing Rudraksha can Our ancient shastras like Shivpuran, Devibhagwat, Padmapuran, and others mention about the great benefits of wearing and worshipping Rudraksha. Devibhagwat says “Naa Utah param stotram, Naa Utah para star vratam Akshayeshu cha danish Rudraksha as vishishyate”

It means “There is no other prayer or any big donation or sacrifice compared to Rudraksha (wearing).”
The benefits of Rudraksha are known and experienced by many, however, it has been emphasized in all our ancient texts that worshipping, pooja, and sanctification of Rudraksha should definitely be done to get the best effects. Devibhagwat says that it is inauspicious to wear Rudraksha without pooja and chanting of mantras. Lord Shiva, the greatest among gods called Mahadev gets pleased by those who wear and worship Rudraksha. Actually, Rudraksha is the manifestation of Lord Shiva and is called “Shiva Swaroop”

We present here a ritual called “Rudraksha Abhishek”, for the worshipping of Rudraksha. Before its commencement please arrange all the materials and items required for this pooja (as mention in the early pages). Choose a proper day, preferably a Monday or any auspicious day like full Moon day, Shivratri day, Pradosh day, or any religious festival day like Navratri, Diwali, Ram Navami, Janmashtami, etc. If you have a Worshipped Shivaling or a photo of Lord Shiva it is fine otherwise go to a Shiva temple or any religious or clean place and keep all items near you. Follow the instructions given in this CD and with devotion and heart full of prayers perform the Rudraksha pooja.

You may keep the written version of the worshipping also with you to correctly follow all the rituals. In this pooja, (like in meditation) pronouncing the mantras correctly is important. In this CD all the mantras have been pronounced in Vedic way, by Achar. Parade and therefore before starting the pooja please authorize the Acharya to chant mantras and conduct the proceeding on your behalf.

You may also like to pray to Lord Shiva to fulfillment the fulfillment of some special desire through your rudraksha by wearing. Please focus on the pooja and Abhishek of Shiva Swaroop Rudraksha. With a calm and composed mind sit on an asan which could be a (mat or clean carpet) taking east. Place a Shivalin or Lord Shiva’s photo in front of you.

Ganesh Rudraksha

How to Identify Ganesh Rudraksha??

If a rudraksha of any mukh gets a protrusion on its body similar to the trunk of an elephant, this rudraksha is called a Ganesh rudraksha Only in recent times this rudraksha has received wide popularity. The bead resembles Lord Ganesh with his trunk. In view of high prices commanded by eight or 11 mukhi rudraksha, which is also blessed by Ganesh, traders sell this rudraksha as a cheaper alternative.

Depending on the mukh, the beads should also be efficient and any respective blessings can be there.

Eight mukhi or eleven mukhi Ganesh has special significance and is considered very auspicious.

Ganesh rudraksha is used alternatively with other beads in a Siddha Mala to make up for the numbers 27 (1 to 14 mukhi beads will require 13 Ganesh rudraksha). Thirty-two beads of Ganesh rudraksha are strung together to make a Kantha, which people keep at the place of worship to protect them and to eliminate any obstacles in life. Some people even wear such a Kantha regularly.

Some people get obsessed with the image of Ganesh in rudraksha to such an extent that they look for the contours on the surface of any rudraksha resembling Lord Ganesh. There are books written on that, and the whole approach seems intriguing and questionable. Practically, only this rudraksha is called Ganesh rudraksha, which has a trunk-shaped elevation over his body.

  • Rudraksha is helpful in achieving calmness of mind that can lead us to a super-conscious and divine state of thoughts and search for our own source and objective of life. All great souls in any period of history could achieve their pure objectives only because they were calm, fearless and self-confident.

  • Yog is very useful and those wearing rudraksha will find that one gets better concentration and thus better results if yog is done with rudraksha mala over the body, except while doing some typical yogasanas like Sarvangasan, for purposes of convenience only. In choosing the various types of yogasan, one should look at the benefits for different parts of the body like waist, stomach, legs and shoulders

  • The choice of any asan depends on many factors but primarily it should be decided on the basis of your needs, schedule of your activities, type of work you do and opportunity of learning.

The following asanas have been shown for information purposes only.

  • If we can somehow control the depleting number of active body cells, then the energy in the body can always be maintained.

  • Pranayam is to control the dimensions of the breathing (called pran). By doing pranayam one can control the decay of the body cells and thus remain healthy throughout one’s life.

  • Our knowledge senses control the inhaling of air and physical senses control the exhaling of air. This two-way flow of prana controls the life form.

  • Controlling these flows of breathing is pranayam. In fact, pranayam is not just for good health. It is a prerequisite for developing concentration and for meditation, jap and yog.

  • All these methods should be learned from an expert and should be done for specified times and with full precaution

Pranayams are of eight types:

Rudraksha is a genus of large evergreen trees with more than 360 species distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world.
• classification of Elaeocarpaceae to which rudraksha belongs is as follows:
Kingdom: Plantae
Division: Magnoliophyta
Class: Magnoliopsida
Order: Oxalidales
Family: Elaeocarpaceae
Genus: Elaeocarpus

• These species are distributed in Madagascar, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Myanmar, Tibet, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, northern parts of Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Fiji, Philippines, Southern China, Japan, and Hawaii. The islands of Borneo and New Guinea have a large concentration of the species.

• These trees may be 14.60 meters to 29.20 meters tall (Fig. 1-A) depending on the area (Nepal rudraksha trees are over 20 meters tall) and have trunks up to 1.22 meters in diameter.

• Its leaves are like mango tree leaves have a length of around 17.78 cms and a width of 2.54 cms to 4.45 cms.

• Flowering takes place in mid-November and bunches of white flowers grow from old leaf axils. The flowers enhance the beauty of the tree and they seem to have a mild aroma similar to Night blooming jasmine (Raat rani) flowers. The length of the flower bunch is smaller than that of the leaf. After nearly a month of flowering, fruits start appearing but this occurs only when the tree is seven to eight years old.

• Rudraksha is the fruit The outer skin of the fruit has several medicinal values and normally the local people of the area where these trees grow, make use of these by boiling them in water and drinking the water in case of fever, cough, or cold.

• The fruits of rudraksha are green in color and are nearly round in shape for the common varieties (5, 6, and 7 Mukhis). Its pulp, tasting sour, is eaten by the birds, when green. It turns to blue and then dark brown with aging. With such deep blue-colored fruits all over, the tree looks magnificent. It is often called “Blue Marble Tree”.

• Rudraksha has been known for a range of benefits like spirituality, health, prosperity, and resolution of psychological issues, fear, or problems involving

• As one wears rudraksha, all types of sins, including acts of murder, eating of prohibited items, or bad deeds like cheating, get condoned and the sinner gains purity of thought and deed. Removal of fear is the basic characteristic of these beads.

• It is the experience of many that wearing rudraksha brings in health, happiness, calmness, and prosperity. However, the emphasis laid in related epics is on the aspect of deliverance from sins

• It must be clarified that mere wearing of rudraksha is not a license for one to commit any sinful deeds. It has a great virtue to give strength and purity to one’s inner feelings.

• Rudraksha is also useful as a medicinal herb, specifically for cardiac problems, blood pressure, and mental disorders. It also improves intelligence.

• Oral administration of rudraksha in powder or paste form as medicine is yet to be introduced, as toxicity studies are underway. Initial studies show that it is safe to take rudraksha powder.

• Rudraksha beads in body contact as dielectric material in variable Puranic uses form capacitors of different types. Holding a rudraksha bead between a pair of fingers and receiving time-varying low voltage electrical signals can be electrically modeled as a simple capacitor having a Verizon dielectric material between two parallel plates. Their rosaries, made either in a cotton thread or in metal wires in other uses such as on shoulder, wrist, forehead, neck or hair, etc

• “In the light of body-brain electrical circuitry relationship, it may be indicated that the modulated signals by the receptor nerves, on reaching the brain, can, in fact, modulate the brain signals, which may give rise to psycho-physiological effects.

• “This study reveals that the biomedical application of rudraksha beads as described in the Shiva Puran is true to the best of scientific knowledge.”

Use of copper to get protection from Corona virus

Use of copper to get protection from Corona virus

Let us admit that medical science is struggling to find a solution to stop the spread of pandemic caused by Corona virus and also to provide answers to common queries as to its survival rate on various surfaces like plastic, paper, cloth or metal This might be due to complex and erratic nature of this virus and very little is known about it’s exact behaviour or even its origin

Several steps are being followed to prevent the infection caused by contacts from this virus and most of these are proving useful like distancing, hand washing ,masking , sun rays exposure steam inhaling, jal neti, pranayam and various steps to increase the immunity
This article further suggests a step to safeguard you from getting infection through contact from surfaces on which this virus falls as droplets or aerosol effect or by any means
.A virus which gets destroyed by soap, soda, or steam appear to me as a physical problem initially and it becomes a medical issue after entering the human body
Based on my technical experience and study I am suggesting that people should use copper metal for destroying this virus through contacts from infected surfaces I am not discussing importance of copper in human metabolism which is also an important issue ( for example lack of copper in blood causes reduction of white cells etc) but will limit my suggestion to use of copper metal on human body and as a protection shield in the house specially if one is exposed in crowd or to get protection from packing materials of plastic paper paper boards etc

Copper is known for its power to kill the viruses specially SARS- Cov-2 within 4 -5 hours and it is even referred likely as a ” grenade” to explode and destroy corona virus as per published articles One may read in Google search several articles about utility and reaction of copper to destroy such viruses I have the memory of flu spread of 1956 wherein people who wore copper as bracelets or in any other form got protection from the infection
Water filled in copper vessel is used in several homes to make water bacteria free and enriched in oxygen
Wearing pure copper bracelet or a rosary made of copper beads or chain could be a good solution to protect us from this
pandemic specially through contacts of infected surfaces
Just make sure that copper touches your body in a form convenient to you

It is suggested to use copper in following ways to utilise its effectiveness to kill the viruses
1 Wear a copper bracelet, good size chain , or even a copper pendant
2 Receive all incoming goods in a copper plate and only after 4-5 hours remove and follow the cleaning or sanitizing steps as you are doing presently.
3 Instal copper plates or sheets at entrance of your house office or factory and may be also in other areas
It might be of interest to know that most old public places and big palaces in Europe were cladded with copper and this aspect of safety could be one of the reason for using copper
It is sure that wearing copper will not have any side effects
Government and private research institutions should do further clinical trials to evaluate this usage

Why Rudraksha Kavach may be the right answer to fight Corona virus?

Why Rudraksha Kavach may be the right answer to fight Corona virus?

In recent times acceptability of Rudraksha as a powerful herb with amazing remedial powers is increasing for attaining wellness of body and mind and also for leading a happy life. Swami Ramdev has started selling Rudraksha and Acharya Balkrishna in of his recent video has declared that wearers of Rudraksha get protection from cardio vascular diseases. Sadhguru’s videos on ability of Rudraksha to distinguish between pure and adulterated or poisonous foods or water are very popular
Apart from hundreds of thousands of traders selling Rudraksha , all major or smaller religious ashrams like that of Sri Sri Ravishankar, Sudhanshu Maharaj, Avdhoot Shivanand Ji and many others are propagating usage of Rudraksha.

Our laboratory reports conducted at 3 reputed places including that of Govt of India’s. Institute of Chemical Technology Hyderabad show the presence of gold , silver and other metals ( in alkaloid or other forms) in Rudraksha confirming its uniqueness as a special herb. Research work conducted at ICT Mumbai ( one of the best Engg colleges in the country) has given positive results when non clinical trials were done for serious diseases like diabetes and cardiac disorders.

We are launching Rudraksha Kavach made from Rudraksha beads strung with copper caps and wires
Copper is known for its power to kill the viruses specially SARS- COV-2. You will get all the advantages of wearing Rudraksha for example reduction in stress and anxiety and protection from cardio vascular disorders specially blood pressure control and additionally copper will act as an armed guard to give protection from viruses
Like many other Ayurvedic practices which do not have approval of FDA or authorities like ICMR but there are many factors in favour of Rudraksha- Copper kawach
I have been promoting usage of Rudraksha for the last 25 years successfully all over the country and overseas and I am confident that Rudraksha -Copper kawach will be a big boon in our fight to get some solution to prevent Corona from overtaking us

Become mentally strong and fight stress successfully by wearing Rudraksha

Ayurvedic literature recommends Rudraksha as a useful herb to remove fear, anxiety, and depression
We give here below various references from Ayurvedic literature for the usage of Rudraksha **
Lord Shiva is the supreme God controlling fear and death and is called Mrityunjaya Mahadev
Numerous stories are given in Purana and other religious scriptures wherein demons possessing great physical and egoistic powers have fought battles with Gods like Vishnu, Shiva, and Devi Durga for years and finally got defeated
In Durga Saptshati Devi Durga was given Rudraksha mala by Brahmaji as a powerful tool to defeat demons Madhu Kaitabh and Shumbh Nishumbh.
A demon Rakt Beej had a characteristic almost identical to Coronavirus as he used to multiply in numbers wherever his blood used to fall. Durgaji in the form of Mahankali destroyed the demon and licked his blood disallowing it to spread

Present covid pandemic is causing a lot of mental imbalances and anxiety among people due to uncertainty of its form and impact on the social and economic situation
Rudraksha mala if worn over the body gives a solace and confidence to the wearer that he has the touch of Mahakal and constantly the wearer gets an assurance that he or she will get full protection from diseases and it’s effects
By using the mala for jap. one can fix the thoughts over wellness and pray for a good life.
Due to Rudraksha mala, we notice that saints and sadhus roaming in dense forests or in adverse situation survive happily
Following special Rudraksha and combination are especially helpful during these trying times :
For managing fear.
9 mukhi ( Durga,)
11 mukhi( Hanumanji)
For mental health and calmness.
4 mukhi( Brahma)
6 Mukhi ( Kartikey)
7 Mukhi ( Shani)
10 mukhi( Vishnu)

11 mukhi. ( Han
14 mukhi( Shiva and Hanumanji)
